GENERAL DESCRIPTION
T6340A provides the low-dropout bias supply and the high performance alternative solution for the white LEDs application. The build-in Low Voltage Detection and Indication function can provide the internal LED dimming. Morse Code S.O.S Signal and Single Flash Loop Flicker Function are supported with the significantly lower dropout voltage. The T6340A is available in TO-252, SOP-8 and SOT-23 lead-free package.

TF-331 Web Server Controller
The TF-331 Web Server Controller provides a very low cost, high performance SoC solution for consumer, networking and industrial device manufacturers that require remote monitoring, control and management through the LAN or Internet using a Web browser via broadband or dial-up network.
TCP/IP protocol stack and networking utilities are embedded in the internal 64KB ROM which reduces software development efforts and improves performance. The TF-331 includes two UARTs, (one supports high speed, up to 1Mbps), a 10/100M Ethernet MAC and five GPIO ports to connect different devices. The performance of the TF-331 is further improved with the use of hardware Protocol Accelerators and flexible DMA engines.
The hardware Protocol Accelerator in the TF-331 accelerates the handling of TCP, IP, UDP and ICMP protocols. Nine DMA channels are used for data transfer, no CPU intervention is required to serve these functions. The pipelined RISC CPU in the TF-331 is used for handling high-level protocol layer applications. Up to 4MB of SRAM and Flash memory can be addressed by the TF-331.
The HTTP server software and most applications can be run using the embedded 24KB of SRAM without adding any external memory.
The high speed UART interface can be used for connecting to devices such as Bluetooth or modem. The built-in 10/100Mbps Ethernet MAC on the TF-331 allows easy connection to the LAN. When connected to the LAN, the external flash write access capability can be used for online firmware update.
With the bundled HTTP Server software and the low memory requirements, the TF-331 is the most cost effective solution for implementing an embedded web server design.

The T8601 is operated in an open loop, peak current mode to produce a constant LED current rather than constant voltage. The T8601 drives an external power MOSFET in either a constant frequency or constant off-time mode. The T8601 features PWM and linear dimming capability. To control LED brightness, the LED current can be controlled by applying a PWM signal with a duty ratio of 0~100% and a frequency up to a few kilohertz, or it can be adjusted linearly to any value between 0 ~ 250mV(typ.) by applying an analog voltage to the LD pin. The T6333A is a continuous mode inductive step-down converter, designed for driving single or multiple series connected LEDs efficiently from a voltage source higher than the LED voltage. The device operates from an input supply between 7V and 42V and provides an externally adjustable output current of up to 1.5A. Depending upon supply voltage and external components, this can provide up to 58 watts of output power. The T6333A includes the output switch and a highside output current sensing circuit, which uses
an external resistor to set the nominal average output current. Output current can be adjusted above, or below the set value, by applying an external control signal to the 'ADJ' pin.
